When to consider foreign personnel

Foreign workers are a solution for enterprises that cannot fill blue-collar vacancies for months: production plants, warehouses, agriculture, construction. It is not a replacement for Ukrainian workers but a way to close positions that consistently lack local candidates.

How it works legally

A foreign worker is employed in Ukraine legally — on the basis of a permit for the employment of foreigners and official employment. Profline prepares all the documents: we are a licensed employment intermediary, so the whole process — from finding a candidate abroad to their first shift — runs officially and transparently.

Process and timeline

From request to the worker’s first shift usually takes 70–90 days: candidate selection, permit processing, visa and relocation, housing and adaptation. We accompany every stage and keep you updated on each candidate’s status.
