Profline Group supplies Ukrainian enterprises with officially employed foreign workers. We organise the entire engagement process ourselves — from sourcing candidates abroad to their legal employment in Ukraine.
We work with candidates from India and Pakistan, fully manage the required paperwork, and organise their arrival and adaptation. Our clients receive work-ready employees without having to untangle the complexities of international employment on their own.

When to consider foreign personnel
Foreign workers are a solution for enterprises that cannot fill blue-collar vacancies for months: production plants, warehouses, agriculture, construction. It is not a replacement for Ukrainian workers but a way to close positions that consistently lack local candidates.
How it works legally
A foreign worker is employed in Ukraine legally — on the basis of a permit for the employment of foreigners and official employment. Profline prepares all the documents: we are a licensed employment intermediary, so the whole process — from finding a candidate abroad to their first shift — runs officially and transparently.
Process and timeline
From request to the worker’s first shift usually takes 70–90 days: candidate selection, permit processing, visa and relocation, housing and adaptation. We accompany every stage and keep you updated on each candidate’s status.

Work permit filing
We prepare and file the work-permit application. Profline covers every cost (~7 days).
D-visa
We guide the long-stay D-visa application at the embassy (10–15 days).
Flight & pickup
We arrange tickets, the flight and the meet-up in Ukraine.
Temporary residence permit
We register the temporary residence permit (TRP) after arrival (~15 days).
First day & first salary

Profline does. We organise the arrival, settle the workers in housing for foreigners, help with everyday matters and support people in messengers in their own language.
The replacement terms are fixed in the contract: we select another candidate and take over the support and paperwork. More than 80 foreign workers already work in our projects — the process is well-practised.
