What staff leasing is

Staff leasing means temporary workers for peak loads: seasonal sales, stocktakes, large shipments, covering vacations. The people are officially employed by Profline and come to your site exactly when the load grows. You pay only for the hours actually worked.

It is the most flexible of our formats: the headcount can grow and shrink from week to week with no hiring, no layoffs and no HR paperwork on your side.

What the service includes

• A shift coordinator: attendance, replacements, crew communication.
• A timesheet of actual hours and a monthly act.

When to choose leasing — and when another format

Leasing covers a temporary need. If an area needs people permanently, outsourcing with a stable crew works out better. If you want to move your existing people off the books — that is outstaffing. If you need to hire permanent staff of your own — mass recruitment.

Typical scenarios: seasonal peaks in retail and logistics, stocktakes, promo campaigns and pre-holiday weeks, unloading large deliveries, covering workers on vacation or sick leave. For recurring peaks we plan the reinforcement schedule in advance — you know how many people come and on which days.

How it works legally and financially

We sign a framework agreement once; after that you send requests: how many people, for which dates and shifts. The workers are on our payroll — wages, taxes, timesheets and replacements are on us. At the end of the month you receive an act with the hours actually worked — no charges for idle time and no minimum fee for weeks when you did not call people in.

How fast people arrive

For typical blue-collar roles — loaders, pickers, packers, sales-floor workers — we keep a reserve in the larger cities. The standard start is up to 48 hours from request confirmation, and a worker replacement takes up to 24 hours.

If the need is regular, we assign your site a permanent core of people who already know the processes and rotate only the reinforcement. Quality does not dip even in the hottest weeks.
