What it is: Staff outsourcing

What staff outsourcing is
Staff outsourcing means handing us a defined area of work: warehouse picking, packing on a production line, cleaning, the sales floor. We source the people, employ them officially on our own payroll, organise the work at your site and answer for the result. You work with one contractor under one agreement — with no employment relationship with each individual worker.
Payment is tied to the actual output or hours worked: every month we issue a service act and you pay a single amount under the agreement. Wages, taxes, HR paperwork, replacements and turnover are our responsibility.
What the service includes
- Sourcing and vetting workers for your task.
- Official employment, payroll and taxes.
- Shift attendance management and prompt replacements.
- Timesheets, monthly acts and reporting.
- A dedicated manager and on-site quality control.
When to choose outsourcing — and when another format
Outsourcing fits when you want to hand over not just sourcing but the day-to-day running of an area: shift attendance, replacements, timekeeping, paperwork. If you already have a team and only want to shed the HR load, look at outstaffing. If you need people for short peak periods — staff leasing. And if you want to hire people into your own staff — that is mass recruitment.
- Outsourcing — we run an area of work and answer for the result.
- Outstaffing — your people move to our payroll; you keep managing them.
- Staff leasing — temporary workers for peak loads.
- Mass recruitment — we quickly hire people into your own staff.
How it works legally
Your company and Profline sign a service agreement. The workers are officially employed by us: we run payroll, pay taxes and contributions, keep the HR records and carry the employer’s responsibility. You do not enter employment relationships or expand your headcount — in your books it is a contractor’s service fee.
The price depends on the specialisation, headcount, schedule and region, so every quote is individual: leave a request and we will prepare an estimate within a day.
How cooperation starts
After your request a manager clarifies the task and visits the site or collects the inputs remotely. Then comes a proposal with the calculation, the agreement and the first workers on site: for typical blue-collar roles the start takes up to 48 hours. From day one you get a dedicated manager who tracks attendance and replacements daily.
Outsourcing is most often ordered by retail, logistics, manufacturing and agriculture: order picking, sales-floor work, packing, loading, cleaning. We work across Ukraine — from major logistics hubs to regional production sites.

Answers to the essentials
With outsourcing we take over an area of work and answer for the result — we assign tasks, control attendance and arrange replacements. With outstaffing the workers are legally on our payroll but you manage the daily work. In short: outsourcing is a turnkey service, outstaffing is a legal employer acting on your behalf.
