What it is: Mass recruitment

What mass recruitment is
Mass recruitment means filling dozens of similar vacancies in a short time: a new warehouse or store, a new production line, a seasonal ramp-up, high-turnover roles. We build a candidate funnel — sourcing channels, call-outs, screening, group interviews — and bring an agreed number of people to the site every week.
The format works two ways: we hire people directly into your staff, or we employ them at Profline and run the work as outsourcing or leasing — then the HR administration stays with us too.
What the service includes
- A candidate profile, hiring plan and funnel for your task.
- Sourcing channels, call-outs and candidate screening.
- Group interviews and organised on-site starts.
- Replacements for those who fail the trial period.
- Weekly funnel reporting: how many people at which stage.
When you need mass hiring
- A new site opens and a full team is needed within a month.
- Season: warehouse or production headcount must double.
- High turnover: vacancies must be filled continuously, as a flow.
- Standard recruiting cannot keep up: recruiters close 2–3 vacancies while you need 30.
How we run the funnel
We fix the candidate profile, volume and deadlines for the task. Then we launch the channels: our own candidate base, ads on job boards and social media, referrals from our workers. Candidates pass a call-out and screening, so only vetted people arrive on site. The first crew comes within the first week; then we scale to the full headcount and stabilise the team.
You see the process in numbers: every week you get a report — how many candidates are in processing, invited, started and retained. If a channel does not deliver the flow, we rebuild the sources, not the deadlines.
What about guarantees
The terms are fixed in the contract: the delivery schedule, the headcount and the replacement procedure for those who fail the trial period. Payment is for the result — you pay for the workers delivered, not for recruiters’ hours.
Mass recruitment is most often ordered by warehouses and fulfilment, production lines, retail chains and construction sites — wherever the count is not individual specialists but dozens of working hands.

Answers to the essentials
We deliver the first people within the first week and then scale the intake weekly to the required number. The exact schedule depends on the region, role and working conditions — we fix it in the contract before the start.
