Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Profline website, the request and job-application forms, and messages sent through the messengers listed on the site.

We collect only what is needed for staffing or employment:

• first and last name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• city, the vacancy or position you want, headcount needed (for companies), company name;
• the message you leave in a form;
• for foreign workers: CV, copies of the passport and other documents needed for the work permit and visa;
• technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (via cookies, see the Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for or process data on health, religious or political views unless you provide it yourself.

• to match a candidate with a vacancy and pass the application to the employer;
• to handle a company’s staffing request, prepare a quote and sign a contract;
• to prepare documents for foreign workers;
• to contact you by phone, email or messenger about your request;
• to keep the site running, protect forms from spam and understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for mailings you did not agree to.

We process data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box in a form or by sending us a message, in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Some data may be processed to perform a contract with you or to meet legal requirements (for example HR and tax records for official employment).

Data is kept until you withdraw consent, and no longer than 3 years from your last contact with us. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Documents the law requires us to keep longer (HR, tax) are kept for the statutory periods.

Only Profline staff who handle requests can access the data. We also use processors acting on our instructions:

• a hosting provider (the virtual server running the site and database);
• Resend: an email delivery service for request notifications;
• Telegram and WhatsApp: if you choose to talk to us in a messenger;
• Google Analytics: anonymised visit statistics.

A candidate’s data goes to an employer only for a vacancy the candidate applied for or agreed to. Data goes to public authorities only where the law requires it.

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the GDPR you have the right to:

• know which of your data we process and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have data deleted or its processing restricted;
• object to processing;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.

Email poluxdima@gmail.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent” and include the phone number or email you gave us. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

The site runs over HTTPS, only authorised staff can access the database, and forms are protected against automated submissions.

If we learn of a data breach that could harm you, we will tell you and, where the law requires, the Commissioner.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the latest changes.
