These terms govern the use of the Profline website operated by Profline Group, Ukraine. By opening the site or sending a request you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site’s forms and contact us directly: poluxdima@gmail.com.

• a list of open vacancies with conditions, schedule and pay;
• the option to apply for a vacancy or leave a job request;
• information on services for business: outsourcing, outstaffing, leasing, mass hiring, foreign workers;
• forms to reach a manager.

The conditions in a vacancy (rate, schedule, city, employment type) are current on the publication date. Final conditions are fixed in the contract with the worker or the client.

A vacancy may close earlier than the date shown on the site if the position has been filled.

By sending a request you confirm that the data you gave is true and that you are entitled to share it.

Service information on the site is not a public offer. Price, timing and scope are set in a separate contract after a call with a manager. We send a quote within a day of receiving the details of the task.

You may not:

• send requests on behalf of other people without their consent;
• scrape the site or create excessive load;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site’s admin area;
• use the site’s forms for advertising or mailings.

The texts, design, logo and the Profline name belong to their owner. Site materials may be copied only with an active link to the source; commercial use requires written permission.

We work to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for losses caused by technical failures or by third parties.

Links to third-party services (messengers, social networks) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or rules.
