§1Consent to processing
By sending a request, a job application or a message, you voluntarily give Profline Group, Ukraine consent to process your personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
§2Data covered
- name, phone number, email address;
- city, the vacancy you want or your staffing need, company name;
- CV and documents for foreign workers (passport, documents for the work permit and visa);
- the content of your correspondence with a manager.
§3Purpose
Matching candidates with vacancies, handling employers’ staffing requests, preparing employment documents and contacting you about your request.
§4What we do with the data
Collection, recording, storage, correction, use, transfer to an employer (only for the chosen vacancy) and to processors, anonymisation and deletion.
§5Processors
- the hosting provider of the virtual server running the site and database;
- Resend: delivery of request-notification emails;
- Telegram and WhatsApp: if you choose to talk to us in a messenger.
§6How long consent lasts
Consent lasts until you withdraw it, and no longer than 3 years from your last contact. After that the data is deleted or anonymised, except data the law requires us to keep longer.
§7Rights and withdrawal
You can find out which of your data we process, correct it, ask for deletion or withdraw consent. Email poluxdima@gmail.com; we reply and fulfil the request within 30 days.
